TJ has been extremely helpful in helping us with Lucy’s soon to be two knee surgery’s. He’s taken care of all our insurance claims so we don’t have to worry about it. We can tell he’s genuine about Lucy’s well being too. Not just TJ, but the entire staff who comes to greet Lucy when we arrive. You have our trust when we take Lucy to the Vet, knowing she’s going to be in good hands. Also a shout out to Dr. Johnson. Thank you for explaining everything to us about Lucy’s second surgery. Thank you for being patient with all my wife’s questions. :).

If there was a negative star that is what I would give them. I took my puppy for an emergency visit and they told me this wasn’t an emergency and wouldn’t help me. He’s been here before so the history is clear. The staff needs new management. They told me my boy could go an extra day after I told them that this was day 4 of his rash. We drove 35 mins. Those girls working behind the desk must be overworked. Poor service

On July 10th 2023, I had to do the hardest, most horrible thing a pet owner has to so. I had to release my Bulldog from this life and cross the bridge. My Mr.Big was 10.5 years old and his heart could not longer support a quality life for him. When I came in, I called one the front line workers over. I had written a note saying I was here to euthanize my dog. The girl read it and said give me one minute. 30 seconds later, her and another girl picked up my boy as he could not walk. I could not carry him due to health issues and I had my other bulldog with me. They took all of us into a nice room. They put my Mr.Big on the couch with me. I asked them to please trim my other dogs nails as I said my tearful goodbyes to my best friend. The girls took my other bulldog for a nail trim and I was with Mr.Big. A few minutes later they came back with my other dog and then took Mr.Big to prep him. A friend of mine works here and when she saw Mr.Big she came to see me. Everybody was extremely helpful and caring. We put Mr.Big on the table in the room and I was holding him and telling him I will miss him and I was sorry we could fix his heart. I gave the doctor the okay and held my baby boy and he passed. My face was the last he saw. As I was getting ready to leave, they showed me a way to my car, so I didn't have to walk back through the office as I was a Mess. I got a call the next day at 4pm that Mr.Bigs ashes were ready to be picked up. I went the following day at noon and picked up his ashes. They handed me the beautiful bag with his ashes and two paw prints. About 4 days later i received and sympathy card and all the employees had written a note in the card. This was completely unexpected. I will always use this office and they have taken good care of my puppies. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Countryside Vet has amazing staff that go above and beyond for their patients! We have been with them since they first opened their doors over 7 years ago. Our dogs have ALWAYS received the best care. Countryside vet provides passionate care while always keeping family informed! Thanks for all you do even during all the stress and chaos! You are appreciated more than you know!

I recently had a deeply distressing experience at Countryside Veterinary Center, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal in this review. My beloved cat, Smokey, had been a cherished member of my family for four years. When he had gone missing and then the shelter called they had found him. We brought him home, he started exhibiting worrying symptoms, I rushed him to Countryside Veterinary Center in the hopes of getting him the care he needed. Unfortunately, my visit turned into a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. The receptionists at the front desk were the one bright spot in an otherwise dismal experience. They were courteous, empathetic, and genuinely concerned about my cat's well-being, making me feel welcomed despite the chaos around us. My anxiety for Smokey was growing by the minute, but their professionalism was a comforting presence. However, my relief was short-lived, as the experience took a sharp decline when I met the Vet. I expected compassionate and professional care, but what I received was quite the opposite. The vet appeared rushed and disinterested, barely giving my cat a cursory examination. They failed to communicate with me about the seriousness of Smokey's condition and offered no clear diagnosis or treatment plan. All he kept saying was to give the medication for 10 days and go from there. I asked to see the X-rays that Smokey had because I was not satisfied. The Vet had not ordered his legs and paws, so I requested them to be done. The receptionist explained that the Vet did not see it necessary, which was baffling to me since my cat was not able to move at all. Following the vet visit, it became painfully obvious that my cat's condition was deteriorating rapidly. Smokey was in obvious pain and discomfort, and I reached out to Countryside Veterinary Center for guidance and support. I was shocked and appalled when the clinic's response was, "We're sorry, the vet just wrote to take medication for 10 days." My cat passed away within hours of that Vet visit, and the fact that Countryside Veterinary failed to inform me of the gravity of the situation and did not provide me with an option to euthanize my suffering cat will forever haunt me.
